A True Act of Kindness
Earlier this year, a customer arrived at one of our Denver locations with a broken-down vehicle—a failing battery. Disheartened by the unexpected expense, she retreated to the lounge, visibly upset.
Recognizing her distress, Jack instinctively stepped in, offering comfort and support. As he spoke with her, he learned that she was in the difficult position of selling her belongings just to cover past-due bills. The added burden of purchasing a new battery felt overwhelming.
Without hesitation, Jack reached into his pocket and gave the customer $200 to help her get back on the road. Had it not been for another team member witnessing this extraordinary act of kindness, this story may have gone untold.
