We are thrilled to announce that Stephen Garcia, from Grease Monkey® 61 in Wheat Ridge, CO has received the Golden Wrench Award for his outstanding customer service and exceptional hospitality.
Stephen was awarded the Golden Wrench for finding a large sum of cash (an entire mortgage payment that went missing!) while retrieving a customer’s Cabin Air Filter during a recent service. When Stephen notified the customer, he was elated that the missing cash was found. The customer said it had caused some trouble at home and awarded Stephen and the other employees at the store for their honesty about bringing forth the found cash envelope.
